3. Security Guidelines & Misuse

• All data inputs and medical documents must be completely authentic.
• Impersonation of healthcare practitioners or other registered entities is strictly prohibited.
• Any abusive or threatening behavior towards clinical staff will result in immediate account suspension.
• Unauthorized access attempts to any portal will be reported to relevant authorities.

All content, branding, and technology on this platform is the exclusive property of DRM Pharma & Diagnostic GmbH. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

DRM HealthLink is not liable for any medical outcomes resulting from consultations. The platform serves as a digital bridge between patients and licensed medical professionals only.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rodgau, Germany.
